Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Get AI Biz (the "Service"), operated by Pedro Varela ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Get AI Biz is an AI-powered platform that converts web articles and URLs into AI-generated short-form videos and publishes them, on your behalf, to your authorised TikTok account. Publishing is performed through the official TikTok Content Posting API.
2. TikTok authorisation
To use the Service you must connect a TikTok account using TikTok Login Kit. By
connecting your account you grant Get AI Biz the scopes you authorise on the TikTok
consent screen, currently user.info.basic and video.upload.
You may revoke this authorisation at any time from your TikTok account settings.
3. User accounts and security
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your authorised TikTok session.
- You must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Community Guidelines at all times.
4. Content
You retain ownership of any source material you submit and of the videos generated for you. You grant Get AI Biz a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the Service (for example, to generate, render and upload the video to TikTok on your behalf). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit and publish the content you provide.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful content.
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or abuse the TikTok API.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get AI Biz and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke TikTok authorisation. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause us legal liability or harm other users.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://getaibiz.co/tos. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
